Review by Dean "Loto_Bak" Rispin

Architecture & Layout:
This map is quite large. It has some dark hiding spots but is mostly light enough to see what is going on. There are many different ways to reach an area, which at times becomes confusing, but also makes you rely and be much more paraniod about footsteps. (HINT! Stealth Slippers :D) There are a very limited number of dead ends. I could only find the dead end in the elevator shaft which was somewhat puzzling. The map is a little hard to learn the layout but after playing for a couple times it becomes a little easyer. Hondo has incorperated many secret sniper and pathways into his creation. This gives the people who have more exsperiance and attention to When Deathmatch I would Recommend at least 4 players minimum, maybe even six. Teamplay would be enjoyable if you had 3 on each team. This map could handle a maximum of 12-14 players before it becomes annoying, although i do like my action slower. 8/10 - Pro's Large Hidden areas to snipe and hide Con's A couple dead ends ! vent wall with ladder is annoying (You'll know when you see it) That damn green texture

Looks:
Vearing from Hondo's usual city style, he creates this futuristic skyscraper. When walking through this map for the first time I was awestruck. The amazing attention to detail, textures, and arcitecture is nothing like I have seen as this map is truely awesome to look at. There is a covered walkway where you can see the rain falling on the window (see screenshot above) and a "grate wall" the shows the rain slipping through and creating puddles on the floor. During my first stroll through this map I noticed that the bright green and red colours can be somewhat... well annoying. Maybe it will take time but, I suppose it is just my being used to gas stations, long stair wells, and white rooms with 10 seconds to spare. Overall the map is beautiful to look at and the details are great. 9/10 - Pro's Great architecture Nice new textures Con's That damn green texture

Gameplay:
Although different from most currently popular maps in its theme, it does not lean away from the fun factor of past Hondo creations. It was difficult to test with many people as in no servers have discovered the idea of loading NEW maps : / It was tested with 4 people and, although some long hunts occured this did not deture from the fun. The sniper spots, as there are many hidden ladders and shorcuts, become much more useful when the level is more populated. When there are only four players the time spent sitting in the rafters waiting for someone to pass is long and far between. The flow of the map is good 9/10 Pro's Some really sweet sniper spots Fun hunts and sneek attacks Con's Too big at times Sniping can become boring That damn green texture

Item Placement:
Items are placed few and far between. I found that much of the time was spent with a magnum then my beloved mp5. There were areas on the map where there were concentrated amounts of ammo and others where any was hard to come by. Although this can be thought of as a downside it does encourage stabbing and beatings, therefore, it is not all bad. 7/10 Con's Items are few in quantity makes ammo conservation critical Pro's Little ammo means more knives! STAB... STAB STAB! heh heh heh... That damn green texture

Other:
Security Cameras - WOW! that was one of the most awesome things I've seen! It add's a new level to action halflife. If you want to find these go to the security room and click on the blue screens. Green Texture - Aaaahhhhh!!! Green, Green!!! EVERYWHERE! There is a green section that WILL drive you insain too. Hard to find though

Conclusion:
This map weighs in at Overall an awesome map to add to your rotation servers and a great download. Overall it weighs in at 8 1/2 Stars outa 10 Note - on my scale no one will EVER get a 10 unless it is litterally perfect.Any little thing wrong will bring the mark down to a 9
