Calypso

Calypso is another very good looking map from banana, the creator of astorage and of course bananamans. The map is quite large, so Team Play and Death Match games are just plain fun. This is not to say that small games cannot be played; a central area has been strategically implemented so that players can meet eachother. And if your opponent is late you can always relax and listen to [A$Z]Borg's nice pool music!

The map has quite a unique setting; instead of a dark, polluted city, it takes place in a sunny Caribbean hotel.
It offers everything you need to enjoy your holiday: pool, beach, tennis court and a hotel bar.
If there weren't the disgruntled hotel employees trying to kill you...

Calypso has a good mix of open areas and tight areas, so each weapon should be useful in Calypso. For example, some areas call for a sniper rifle, others, such as the grotto, require you to un-holster your pistol.  Similarly, the HC is not the best weapon to use in the open pool area.  For the Death Match moguls, every unique weapon in beta5 can be easily found.  The hotel has also recently posted a swimming advisory; if you fall of the cliff and into water, you're doomed - no one ever gets away from the sharks alive.  :D
